Tube to tubesheet weldings are done fully automatic by orbital welding machine. This procedure prevents most of the welding defects to occur.
The production duration has been shortened and the delivery dates are being catched easily. Delays of the production has been prevented.
TIG welding brings stronger weld seams and the apperance of the weld is also improved. The boiler steel parts and the tube sheets are cutted by a computer controlled CNC plasma cutting machine. This machine minimises the errors and brings us a great flexibility in design. We can respond to special inquiries faster.

- Double head column and boom welding machine with its rotators. Max. diameter is 4 m and the wiegth is 30 tons. This welding machine has Submerged Arc Welding head and MIG/MAG welding head
- Hot & cold corrugating machine with 22 mm thickness capacity
- Ultrasonic testing equipment for checking the weld qualities
The weldings of the tube to tube sheets are done by fully automatic orbital welding system. Using this system increases the product quality. The production process has also been developed by this system.
The hole cutting of the tube sheets are done by computer controlled plasma cutting machine.
